Request timeout ​

The request timeout period defines the duration for which the monitor will wait for a website to respond to the sent request before determining that there is an issue and creating an incident.

WARNING

Please ensure that the Check frequency is never set to a shorter amount of time than the Request timeout period, as this would cause an error.

TIP

By appropriately configuring the request timeout period and ensuring it is longer than the check frequency, you can effectively monitor and identify any potential issues with the website's responsiveness.
